First time getting high

如果你往好的方面去想，那麼事情就會變得越來越好，但切莫喪失節操，以免出現偏執等情況,你也可以做一個自由飛向的觀察者，完全的放鬆，放任自己的 感覺，獨立出自己，來觀察一切的變化，這大概就是我印像中的飛行，安全第一，每次起飛前請心中默念"之後的狀態下所出現的一切身體上的感覺都是幻覺".那 麼你就一定能享受飛行，成功返航。
